Overview: The Irish Immigration Service, under the Department of Justice (DOJ), sought to modernize its immigration processes through a user-friendly Online Portal for applicants and a robust Admin Portal for immigration officials. This dual-platform approach aimed to streamline visa applications, reduce processing times, and improve the overall user experience for both applicants and officials.

The Department of Justice needed to transform its traditional paper-based immigration processes into a modern, efficient digital system. Key challenges included:
Complex visa application procedures requiring multiple document submissions
Limited visibility into application status for applicants
Time-consuming manual processing for immigration officials
Need for secure document handling and verification
The Scope & Objective
To address these issues, we are initiating a project to develop a comprehensive digital solution.
Design an intuitive Online Portal where applicants can easily submit visa applications, track their status, and upload required documents.
Develop an Admin Portal that empowers immigration officials with efficient case management tools, document review capabilities, and streamlined workflows.
